How To Test ?

Testing Grounding Plug

To check the continuity of the grounding plug, please set the multimeter to the beeper test mode, then the positive and negative probes touch the metal inside of the small holes on the grounding plug; you should hear a beep.

Testing Wrist Strap

ESD wristband designed having a built-in internal 1M ohms resistance ,which can prevent accidental leakage (especially thunder lightning) at the ground terminal from causing hurting to the human body.

when testing for its continuity on most meters and will need to be tested in a different way, such as by measuring overall resistance. To test the continuity of the wristband please use the MΩ range of the multi-meter to measure and you will see a value on multimeter (indicating good conductivity) or Use an ohmmeter.

Testing Ground Cord

To check the continuity of the gronding cord, please set the multmeter to the beeper test mode, then the mositive and negative probes of multimeter touch the alligator clip of grounding cord, you should hear a beep.
