When I first used this yoga mat, what stood out was how thick and cushioned it felt. The 2-inch padding makes a big difference, especially on hard floors, giving a soft support that’s easy on the knees, elbows, and back.
The non-slip surface helped keep stability during stretches and basic yoga movements, so I didn’t feel like I was sliding around. The foldable design also made it surprisingly easy to store or carry with the strap, which is great for portability.
After using it through a full session, it felt more like a comfort-focused mat than a super-light travel mat.
Pros I noticed: Very thick cushioning, comfortable on joints, non-slip surface, foldable and portable, good for yoga and pilates.
What I didn’t love as much: Bulkier than standard mats, not ideal if you want something ultra-light for frequent travel.
Overall: I’d use this for home workouts or yoga sessions when comfort and support matter more than compact size.
