The XL size of the our mat is: 72 inches long * 26 inches wide (183cm * 66cm). The extra length and width provide enough room also for taller practitioners. Weight is 6 lb (2.7kg). The 72″ length accommodates taller practitioners comfortably.

How thick is the mat — is 5 mm enough cushioning?

The mat’s natural tree rubber base provides meaningful joint cushioning for knees, wrists, and hips without making the mat so soft that it compromises balance in poses. 5 mm provides the ideal thickness to dynamic practices that cushion and support.
